Weight loss is personal to each person.

It can feel like there are a hundred diets out there like cutting carbs, keto, intermittent fasting, counting macros, on and on. These stick for some and for others they cause more stress. Maybe it partially worked but wasn’t possible to keep up. Do not feel like you are weak or unable because you couldn’t stick to a diet plan, it means that plan didn’t fit into your life.

Getting a strategy for what works for each individual person, meeting them where they are, is the number one goal at zoelife. I work with each client to tailor a plan that is perfect for them. No trendy diet, but instead your own specialized diet.

Here is what a program looks like when weight loss is the goal.

An intake form is sent to you where you can fill out your health goals, dietary restrictions, and where your current starting point is with diet and exercise.

From there we call and go over strategies, starting simple.

At the end of each week, we build on what you accomplished to develop a diet that is meant for you and lasts for life.

You deserve to feel your most confident and healthy self.
