I take a holistic approach to diet. Concentrating on eating whole foods, having stable energy levels, exercising, and having a great relationship with food. I also focus on getting the necessary amounts of macros (protein, fats, and carbs) and micros (vitamins and minerals).

I believe a person’s diet is individual to their lifestyle, and deserves to have a plan just for them.

I became passionate about nutrition and a healthy lifestyle when my son was born. I wanted him to have a great diet and grow up healthy. It made me realize how unhealthy my diet was and this became my motivation to change how I lived. I started by following trendy diets but they were never sustainable, especially when cooking for a family. Finally I found success when I looked at my specific diet needs and then integrated habits incrementally. I discovered that a personalized diet makes all the difference.

I attained my master’s degree in nutrition and have since found such joy in guiding clients towards better health.
