Protein Bars

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup protein powder (I use ancient nutrition vanilla collegian)

1 cup peanut butter (unsweetened with salt)

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips + 1/4 cup for top drizzle

Intruction

  1. If you have a blender, blend 1 cup of oats until it is fine. If not leave oats whole.

  2. Add all oats, protein, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1/3 cup cholatate chips to a bowl and mix together.

  3. Line any type of baking pan, like a 9x13 brownie pan, with wax paper.

  4. Add bar mix and push it down to mold the pan and distribute evenly.

  5. Melt 1/4 cup choclate and drizzle on top of the bars.

  6. Place in the fridge to set up.

  7. Cut into 10 pieces
