Shredded Beef Tacos

Ingredients:

1 Chuck Roast

2 32 oz Beef Broths

8-10 Corn Tortillas

1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese

1 large Avocado

1 Head of Lettuce

1 Large Tomatoes

Salsa

Instructions:

1) Heat a pan with butter and sear the meat on both sides to give it a “crust”.

2) Put broth into the crockpot and place the onions, then the seared meat. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours.

Cooking tip: If you need the meat cooked faster, cut it into smaller pieces before it goes into the crock pot.

3) When the meat is done, shred it. It should easily fall apart when touched; if not, cook it longer.

4) Work in batches to heat tortillas with cheese on each one.

5) Remove the tortilla with melted cheese, add shredded beef, salsa, avocado, tomato, and lettuce.
